love love this place, but.....it's to far from Pennsylvania. a Why this is the closest one to my state is ridiculous. There needs to be a ws outlet somewhere in PA.

They are sooooo unkind. The service they give ( facial expression, way of speak)made me think that I'm doing something really wrong even though I was asking reasonable things. Use other outlet store.

I visited this store last Saturday. When I picked up a steamer, I didn't notice that there is a sharp steel stick on the side which cut through my index finger and caused a bleeding wound around 1 inch long. 

I took the defective merchandise to a register since I didn't want anyone else gets hurt, and showed her the stick and my bleeding finger. She looked didn't care it at all. Poker face all the time, simply took it back and no apology, even didn't say "sorry". 

Defective merchandise, poor management, worst attitude and customer care.

Very expensive and difficult to navigate since it's usually crowded.
