Has some different stuff from home depot. It is sometimes hard to find someone when you need help finding something. I normally compare Lowe's and home depot to see who has the best price.

purchased a range, microwave, and fridge from here all seemed great they matched the range price from best buy and woman that helped me originally was very helpfull. When the delivery came thats when i started to see issues, the range was supposed to be new yet I received a call that it came with a small scratch and was sent over a picture, the damage was minimal on the picture and they offered me a $100 credit for it. I agreed to the credit yet when i received it turns out they sent me a display model something I obviously was not informed of. its been about 2 weeks and they yet to resolve this issue would hope to have them work with me since it was a large purchase. My advice make sure you open all your appliances once you receive them and if they are installing for you watch them at all times. microwave was bent on one corner and fridge they bent the ice maker nipple when bringing inside. They did have great prices but you will have to work a bit for them...

Their wood selection is a lot better compared to Home Depot but trying to get an employee to cut the wood is a joke. I had to ask 4 different employees for help and waited almost 30mins, what a flippin joke!

Horrible customer service! Took a manager to call their employees twice to do the job and what happens the manager ended up helping us while the lazy employee is probably hung over somewhere!

I was very disappointed that no one was available to help. I ask two different customer services personnel for help and they did page someone twice to come to the aisle I was waiting for assistance, but after 45 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. I have made 3 trips this week alone and just to find a worker is scarce. The store needs more personnel to be available.
