I'm giving this Sprint Store 5 stars for their customer service and also for the fact that every time I've been there it's been completely empty of customs, so I was attended to immediately as soon as I walked in through the door. I was there for a device upgrade to the Note 8 but sadly I was not qualified to receive the 50% off the price of the phone because of a catch. But luckily the sales representative was very knowledgeable in finding a work around and he was able to get me the deal anyway. So in the end I walked out of the store with my new phone and I didn't feel pressured at all. All around it was a great experience but I do recommend going between 10am-2pm as the store was completely empty of customs at this time.

I went in yesterday trying to do upgrades and add a line to my account. As we walked we were greeted by a very friendly associate by the name Marcos . He helped us get the best deal possible. Very great customer service and great personality. He made our upgrade and adding the new line to my plan as fast and efficiently as possible. I would recommend you ask for him if you go to this store and need assistance.

One of the best experiences at a sprint store and Ill explain why. I came in looking for a fast car charger for my 2 phones. Not knowing which product is good, Edward and Anthony knew exactly what I needed! On top of that I was looking for wireless headset, they recommended the LG platinum and boy were they right. It is the BEST I ever had! Good job guys, much appreciated! Mike

Great customer service. I've gone in there and they always find a way to help me, would definitely return. Very convenient and close to home.

They only get 1 star because I can't give them 0 they gave a new cell to my brother and law under my name no questions ask
