I ordered an item online. The site said the item was available for pickup later that day. Several hours later, I drove 30 minutes to go pick it up. When I arrived, the young woman at the customer service desk very rudely told me that they don't carry that item in stock. She made no effort whatsoever to help me find what I needed. She dismissed me as a pain in her side. I went straight to Walmart and purchased the item much cheaper.

Took for ever to check out. Register wasn't working right and the cashier continued to try to blame it on my credit card. Was obvious it was their issue. The card reader and the register kept saying two different things

Two stars for selection, which is kind of a given since it's a national chain. Customer service is always poor at this store. On my last visit, I showed an employee a page from the Lowe's app (which shows how many of a particular item are in stock) and asked her to help me find it. She was unable to, even though her computer said it should be in stock. She called for another employee (who "works" that department). I waited about 15 minutes and she never showed. I asked a cashier to get me a manager and he asked why. I told him I needed to speak w a manager and he asked about what, as if it were his business at that point. He never got the manager for me and I wandered the store a few more minutes looking for help then gave up and left. I shop here often unfortunately because it's the largest local hardware store. Shopping experience isn't always quite that bad but never great.

It sucked. We went in for 12 2x6x12's. The rack was empty. We asked for assistance. Twenty minutes later i stopped one of the workers who had been milling around doing nothing up by the register the entire time and told him what i wanted. 10 more minutes and 2 of them showed up, cut the bands and took off. This isn't the first time. I average 100-200 dollars a week, but apparently that's not enough business to worry about, so we are taking ours 30 to 45 minutes away.

I had an excellent visit. The workers were very helpful. I found everything I needed with no problem.
