I was needing safety goggles,  josh that was in the paint department went out of his way to help me locate  some safety goggles, since they moved them seven times in about a year. He was courteous, he also let me Know he was somewhat new, but he would make sure that we found them.  I spend about 20,000 + a year as I'm in mold and water  restoration  and this was the nicest person I have met in the store, now! I'm not trying to saying other  employees  aren't nice and courteous,  josh just went way above and beyond. Thank you josh, from X-treme Carpet Cleaning.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service.  Nobody should have to stand in line for 1 hour, and that is no kidding. Problem #1, new lady working who obviously has not been trained correctly.  Problem #2, the other worker handling a toilet return, not rocket science. Problem #3, about 4 workers were in and out and with a register open not once offered to help.  Will I shop here again absolutely because it convieniant. But the customer service department needs change, it is not working at your location.

Once again you lost a sale because you cannot get bar codes on all items. I can safely say you lose a sale of an item every time I shop at your stores. If your people cannot mark items and get up front I don't buy it. I go to Home Depot and buy that item. If that is what you want then I will keep doing it. This time it was a 10 inch steel pipe wrench. But I have new one anyway cause they marked the one at Home Depot with a price. Sorry but I am not a complainer but you asked for an opinion. MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOUNG LADY RINGING ME OUT WAS VERY NICE SHE DID NOTHING WRONG. SHE WANTED TO GET THE PRICE AND MAKE THE SALE.
