Seems to have a smaller amount of items but it could be due to the arrangement. We rarely stop by there as it's out of our way but the areas were clean and easy to navigate. The only odd thing is while I was there I heard an employee yelling back at a loudspeaker about a spill. Guess it was just a bad day. Check-out was simple and I was on my way.

If you call them, they don't pick up very quickly and THEN they leave you waiting on HOLD for way too long and don't return to the call.... I realize they may be busy.. but this is ridiculous!!! As many people that I see that work there.. come on!! Terrible service at this Granite City, IL, location.. let's see if anyone contacts me about this poor telephone service, your front staff are horrible! I called 5x today, 9.2.2017, finally spoke to Rich/Asst. Manager, Lillie CSR, was the WORSE person I have spoken to at that location, she hung up on me 2x and then when I called again, I over heard her telling Rich, that I was yelling at her and she could NOT place the call on hold. I never yelled at her, if I had she would have known it, I don't like LIARS, Lillie, maybe they should get someone who can do the job of answering a telephone and someone who knows telephone etiquette.. it sure is NOT you! I am reporting this 30 + minute telephone call to Bentonville, and when I told Rich that, he said that was fine with him...

This is my store. I love the price comparison. Hope they don't stop doing it. Saves me a lot of money. Most of the staff ate very accomadating. I am 75 and when I need help with anything heavy someone is always there to help in the store as well as outside to help load my car. I love it

Employees are not very nice some are Pharmacy is wonderful fills prescriptions fast prices are very high for a Walmart in this area all the discount stores are so much cheaper

0 🌟! Not even a half of a 🌟! Bought a trimmer, & it stop working. Brought it back, as the lady on the phone had said. Drove here, from N. County! Just to be told, something different, than what was said on the phone! I don't like false information, but the tire shop is the BEST! I give them 10 🌟!!..Since I HAD to select a start, in order to post this! I gave them 1 🌟! Meaning I HATED it!
