Love Lowe's as they normally are fantastic at customer service. Unfortanely when trying To re do a bathroom Tim Clark was the gentleman i encountered for insight and was a nice person but extremely unhelpful. Never returned numerous phone calls. Finally tracked him down by going in to store and confronting him and he said he would get back to us with floor samples. Again, never heard. Left him a sample of our laminate that he said he was waiting on samples to show us. Never happened. I have records of outgoing calls to him and none in return. Finally went in another direction and spent $3000 with another company that was much more interested in helping us get what we wanted other than the quick sale that he must have been interested in. He was nice enough to save the piece of flooring that I dropped off 6 weeks ago that I picked up this week. And he said thanks. Not sure why

Really HAPPY to find out that Lowe's cuts glass to order. Needed glass for picture frame. Michael's wanted $35, Lowe's was $5 and change,I really don't care about non-glare glass.

I would give less then 1 star if at all possible. 90 percent of the time I go to this store they are way under staffed offer no help what’s so ever. Tonight I go to get new sliding glass door lock that broke. The superstar in the lock dept said if we have them this is where they will be. Thanks for the great help. Then I push the assistance button and wait 10 minutes nobody shows up. You have 5 idiots in the parking lot collecting carts. Great priority. I have ripped my Lowe’s card up this is the last time I will ever go to any Lowe’s because of this particular store. Take a lesson from Home Depot on customer service

Great prices . You can't get any help over there . It takes a while to get someone for a question and on top of all the Staff is not knowledgeable there, need to get the electrical area where all the reveoticales and light switches reorganize there , I went there 3 years ago and last week and still look like a mess can't find nothing

We needed help and he came quickly and was very knowledgeable. We bought a pressure washer thanks to his help.
