Excellent customer service. Worked with Ryan, the manager. Exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this T-Moblie location.

Greeting was immediate  here with a great service from Will..  After waiting an hour at another t mobile and being told they did not have the phone and their were no stores that had one . We arrived here and the service from the entire staff was friendly ,fast and efficient. They were great to find just the right plan for me and my sons phone. We will ONLY be returning to this  BRANCH  of T Mobile. If you live or visit Myrtle Beach be sure you use this store .Great experience !

I had a wonderful experience with Will and John. They were extremely helpful with all my needs and very efficient. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service. I wanted it to be noted because it is hard to get great customer service.

My father and I came into T-mobile on Mr. Joe White Avenue to upgrade my phone and the amount of attention Sebastian and Anthony showed me really made me feel like a valued customer. Huge shout out to T-mobile for doing things the right way I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!
