If planning to purchase a major appliance, suggest you visit Monday - Friday between the hours of 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. & ask for Marlene Jonas . Unfortunately, we discovered our salesman wasn't that interested in in answering questions or concerns. John Nafpliotis asked after a few moments if we were "planning to buy or just looking". Enter Marlene J ( thankfully ) answering questions & giving her opinion-- I turned to ask John a question & he was NOT around. Marlene stated that he went "ON BREAK". HOW DO YOU JUST LEAVE A CUSTOMER ??? Yet his name shows as the salesman --- why ? He did NOTHING. With Marlene Jonas & Jess Brenner's help, we purchased 6 major appliances.

Everything I needed was available. I brought a 40 pound item. They had staff put it in the car. I really appreciated this service.

Looking for specific item at Lowe's and found what we needed with the help of there Knowledgeable staff on hand to make sure you are getting everything you need to complete your projects. They carry everything you need for home and work improvements.

Went looking for a washing machine. This was our 3rd stop. We compared the ones we found, both in the store and online. We were there for a while, and no one came up to us. My husband had to go get an employee because we had decided to purchase a washer. She tried to tell us how expensive this particular brand was, then didn't know if she had any in stock. She went to check; came back and told us there were no more. We asked if we could have the floor model. She said we could, but said she'd see if there were anymore in the back. (?) After quite a while, she came back and said there were no more, and we couldn't have the floor model, because it was promised to someone else. Never used to have a problem with Lowes, but we were VERY disappointed on this shopping trip.

What you see in store really is in store! Nice people and helpful! Best prices and merchandize is packaged like origanal! Not beat up boxes like the other Home Improvement Store!
