Update: do not do any business with LOWE'S. They just can't keep their promise.  They will tell lies to your face.  Will return everything I purchased from them. Will report them for the second time

Incompetent...it has been over 40 days that i have been waiting to get my shower door installed. They don't seem to understand how to order/install the right shower door.  Will report them.

I waited for assistance with the bbq grills were. When he showed up I asked for an adaptor for a bigger lp bottle. He took me down the isle, stared for a while, then said he doesn’t think we have it. Lol, I said thanks and he walked away. I picked one up took it to the grill and it worked perfectly. Lowe’s “do it yourself “ lol

Went to price a bathroom remodel. They had a good selection. We could not find anyone in that area to help us with questions. I even went to the desk in the plumbing area and used a tape measure that was on the desk. I would say we were in the fixture, toilet, vanity, shower section probably 30 to 40 minutes and never encountered a Lowes employee. I will add that we were there at 7pm and not in the middle of the day so maybe that was why we never saw an employee.

Nothing quite prepares you for the "Lowe's experience" of finding what you need fast, then standing in the checkout line for a lo get time than the entire time you spent shopping !!!
