The parking area was cleared of snow. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find whatever you need. Easy access to store from highway and handicap accessible. Nice selection of home products too.

If I could give this place a negative rating.  I would in a heart beat.  Our kitchen has been completely gutted.  We were excited when we first came in the store with everything they had to offer.   We placed a huge order for cabinets during their 11% rebate deal. We received notice that our cabinets were in 4-5 weeks later.  Traveled a little over an out to pick up them up.  Only to get home and notice that they did not bring all of our cabinets out of storage so my father in law came to get what was left.  In all, it took 3 trips to get our cabinets.  The rebate that was promised to arrive in 4-6 weeks has still not arrived (9 weeks at this point).  We went in today to ask about the rebate- the customer associate at the desk was absolutely rude.  We will ONLY return if we ever get the rebate.  If you plan on ordering cabinets from here. I highly encourage you to look into other options.
