Excellent customer service and compassion as we were impacted by Hurricane Harvey. We had a contractor take advantage of us and the manager Brandi cashier manager Elle and Steven helped us tremendously. Brandi helped us locate a receipt so we were able to return the wrong product and get the right vanity. I want to thanks these good people at the Woodlands Lowes.

After having the worst customer service experience of my life with the third party company that Lowe's uses for delivery, I had such an amazing experience with the Lowe's Woodlands location. Mike in delivery and Chad, the store manager, did everything they could to get the third party company to do their job. After numerous refusals to do so by the third party company, and a trip up to the store to have Mike witness what I was going through on my end with the third party company, Mike communicated with me that Chad was going to personally deliver and hook up my washer and dryer so that I wouldn't miss another day of work and would have clean clothes and scrubs and work shoes that were steam cleaned. Chad did the delivery all on his own. After my entire experience with the third party company and what can only be described as laziness and incompetence, words cannot convey my reaction to the news that the store manager was going to deliver and set up my washer and dryer himself. This is the best display of customer service I have ever witnessed and a life time of gratitude is not enough. Kindness, communication, and going out of his way to help me- I am forever grateful for Chad and Mike. When the store I actually purchased the product from acted as if it wasn't their problem and treated me like dirt, I took a chance and reached out for help. Chad, Mike, you gentleman have proved to me that there are people out there who still care about customer service and helping others.

Went to go carpet and had to wait 1 hour because the carpet I choose was out and it was in back. When we went to look for the guy that helped us he was sitting and talking . He said he never found forklift. Apologized and then gave us 10% said we had to let register know. Got to register only one open at 8 pm. The cashier had to call manager, after waiting 15 minutes or so we decided to forget the 10% we were done waiting. The manager running this store is doing a horrible job.

I am currently waiting at Lowe’s to pick up my microwave, however the only person that can help me is designing cabinets. I think it is ridiculous that he cannot get anyone to help me. It takes a long time to design cabinets, but I am guessing that is a commission sale. I came here because the Conroe Lowe’s didn’t have any in stock and called ahead for this product. Terrible customer service.

I normally don't mind coming here if I'm going to shop in store.. But they need to sit down and discuss a whole new strategy for the pick up in store option or take some notes from Home Depot. Don't let it be an option if you aren't going to have it staffed during business hours. If the stores empty and it's already been 1.5 hrs and it's 2 items that even go together... DON'T say it's not ready come back tomorrow.. CORRECT response is... Hey let me grab that for you real quick.. or at the very least.. LET THE CUSTOMER GRAB IT. That's what we refer to as GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I can't help but drive home shaking my head like... WOW!!
