Horrible customer service every time. Yesterday I went in to get a specific size bolt and nuts. Not knowing anything about them, I asked an employee for help finding something similar to what I had in my hand. He looked at the aisles for a second then said he’d check his app because he didn’t know if they had what I needed. While he scrolled on his phone I managed to find the size I needed right in front of us. He told me he didn’t know and that I could shop their website because they have thousands of items in stock there. If I could give a zero star review, I would. One star for the fact that he was able to help me locate the 5/16 nuts.

Overall a really great place. Prices are reasonable. If I were to criticize a little, I would say two things. 1) the wood selection could be a little higher quality and 2) some of the floor people working in the Departments, namely the plumbing and the electrical, could probably use some training. Most of the employees there though are very helpful.

I've visited this storefront several times and have always been greeted by very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Like all Home Depots the selection is very wide, carrying everything I've needed thus far. They also have self check out stations to expedite quick visits.

I needed help finding a replacement part for my toilet. Larry was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. It was a lot simpler than I thought. My shopping experience was fantastic thanks to him!
