Place was pretty busy on a Saturday morning. A pile up forced them to open up a second check out line. While standing in line I saw two men exit the store, completely bypassing both lines, one of the men was holding (1) bag overflowing with merch , no one in the joint batted an eye. While still waiting, a different man squeezed through the line empty handed , however he did have 3 sodas stuffed into his pants and jacket. I paid full price for my items carried them out in multiple bags and went about my weekend.

Great store. Employees weren't quite as nice as the home depot people right down the road but it had better selections of tile.

They need better people to work there WHO know what they do the people there don't want to help no one I been there for a hour to get help in tools no one have came .....these people work here sucks

My husband and I are working on a furniture project and visited the Lowe’s in Trussville to pick up a few things. We had difficulty locating an item (biscuit joiner) and walked over to a area where THREE employees were gathered. He asked if he could get some help and one of the associated asked him if he had “pressed he help button” in the tool department. The employees dispersed and walked over to an area a few feet away to resume socializing. We put our items down that we had found and decided to leave the store immediately and not spend a cent there. When we drove out of the parking lot, I was so bothered that I decided to call and speak with the manager to discuss the poor customer service we received. She could have cared less. Of course. We drove directly to Home Depot and purchased our items- AND received excellent customer service. To be honest, we have consistently experience poor service at Lowe’s and should have known better than to give them another chance.
