I shop here often. Mostly for home improvement things like paint, lawn tools, and gardening items including the vegetables I planted this summer. They also have "how to do classes". I plan to sign up for how to lay kitchen floor tiles and deck tiles . The prices are reasonable and for some items they are less than even Walmart. The employee are very helpful and available. This a good store.

They had everything I needed in electrical and for a fair price. There are some nice people at this location.

We love the employees at the Trussville location, they are very friendly and super helpful. I can usually always find what I need if not someone is always willing to order it online.

I've never had a bad experience until now. We went in around 9p.m. to get some blinds cut. Well we ask an associate and he says he'll go find someone...10 minutes later we see him walking around again so we ask again and he said someone will be there to cut the blinds in a few seconds..well we wait another 10 minutes until we ask a different associate so he goes to find someone...except never comes back...and then someone random guy without a home depot uniform (who apparently works there) told us he would cut the blinds...we showed him the brand and he said I don't know if we cut that brand let me go check...so we wait ANOTHER 10 minutes and he doesn't come back so we just leave because I'm pissed off and you know what? WE SEE HIM AT THE CHECK OUT COUNTER DOING NOTHING BUT LOOKING AROUND AND HE MAKES EYE CONTACT WITH US AS WE LEAVE AND DOESN'T SAY ANYTHING. He didn't plan on coming back and helping us we just would have been there until close if we had waited for him to come back. I've never had any problems with home depot but I think now I'll be taking my money to Lowes.
