FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GO HERE. This store should be shut down. Their employees are so overworked, they cannot hold people here so there is no consistent customer service standards or professional practices being held. There have borderline predators working at this location, they do not check their applicants backgrounds at all. They care more about money than the quality of their service and working environment for everyone else in there, so their negative feelings about the company are well reflected in their quality of work. There are far better locations to utilize.

I didn't want to give any stars, none were deserved, but they wouldn't let me. Had to give a star to post. Yet another ridiculous aspect of this store. Demanding a star when NONE were deserved!!!!!!! The Lowe's in Federal Way was a horrible experience. My husband & I we're purchasing a lot of items for our new home. Among them were all new locks. We wanted them all keyed the same. We were told Mike would be off break in 15 minutes and could help us. What a joke!!! We waited 1 hour for him. When he finally got around to showing up he asked us, "You need some help?" Seriously? Then he showed me a plastic divided container with pins needed to do the re-keying. He said they're all mixed up. "It might take 10 minutes, or it could take 1-2 hours. Would you like to leave your number and we'll call you when they're ready?" No way... We paid for them and took them somewhere else to be re-keyed. I'm sorry, but what kind of employees is that particular Lowe's hiring? NO ONE AT THAT STORE TODAY WAS OF ANY HELP AT ALL!! Absolutely NO ONE!!! ZERO STARS WOULD BE TOO MUCH!!!

Employees were very rude when I asked them for a price check. They don’t even deserve this star!

Not service minded. Very limited product. Finally found something that might work and it had not price or item number. No way to calculate cost. Items with a price were very high cost. Dont like going there. Tried to pre order items so they could get it in once. Days latee called and was told they dont have source or vender for that product. Dont know why it was on website then.

The staff i talked to were pleasant but they were not as helpful as one would hope. I had to ask multiple people if someone could help me in electrical fixtures. After 4 intercom calls they finally realized no one was currently working that section and called the MOD(manager on duty?). He was able to answer my questions, sort of. However he was obviously in a hurry to get somewhere else and I didn't want to fight for his attention. Once I had found my items(which were nothing like what i had wanted to find) I asked an employee about their return policy in case the products werent a good fit. She hesitated but said it was 90 days with no use. I asked about the policy for trying an item as bringing it back. She didn't know. Once customer service I asked again and a gentleman was able to give me a much more confident answer of 30days which is perfect. All in all I have had decent service at this Lowe's before this was a slightly unusual experience and may have been caused my scheduling mishap/fluke.
