This is defiantly MY Lowe’s but to be particular there is one employee there that deserves to be recognized. Haven’t caught his name but he is a handicapped man in a wheel chair. On a number of occasions we have been in the store looking for materials for what ever project and this gentleman has always been there to ask if we need help, and knows what exactly we need. Between YouTube and our Lowe’s guy we have the gumption to tackle about any project around the house.

Been here about 30-40 times in the past month. Employees on the floor will walk right past you and not say a word, probably hoping you won't ask for help. I was in the store on 8-26-15 and it was not crowded at all - yet every 5-10 minutes someone from the service desk was announcing that a customer needed assistance in plumbing, or flooring, or electrical.... and there was a code 55 at the service desk for nearly 45 minutes. Yes, I was in the store quite a while, walking around looking for what I needed. 30% of the time I leave here frustrated, swearing I'll never be back, only having to return .... hoping for a better experience which I haven't gotten yet. Yesterday in lawn and garden I had to wait while 1 employee finished telling his story to a female cashier before she turned around to ring up my items.  very dispointed in lowes bought a smart wood heating stove lost 1000.00 not very good at all SMOKES in the house  call lowes  the man at lowes he said all i can tell you you brought the stove live with it he said get calls all the time about them its a sham people got to put up with bussness like that

Terrible customer service, I called about an item I didn’t receive and I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes and then they hung up on me without saying anything. Horrible way to deal with a customer.

Fast  friendly service from the staff. There was a line but moved quickly.  I have been to 2 Home Depot's and 2 Big Sandy and no one in those businesses cared to even say hello. This Lowe's was a pleasure to shop at!!
