Our salesperson, Jen, was extremely nice and helpful. She kept us informed, and checked up on us when we had difficulty figuring out when would be a good delivery time. 

As for our delivery, our cat ran outside while the door was open, and I fell trying to catch him. One of the delivery guys helped me get up and back inside, and made sure I was ok before they left. 

Even if I wasn't already planning to buy here again, I definitely would after this experience.

I have furnished 2 bedrooms and a living room over the last 5 years through Ashley and I have had excellent service every time. The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery and set up is a breeze. Definitely recommend going to Ashley!

I recently made purchase s in your Charleston store and was assisted by Jennifer Schreiber.  Her attention  and professional help were tremendously helpful.  I am delighted with the assistance and interest she provided from start to delivery.  I would work with her again when I have another decorating purchase to make.  Thank you!

So glad Jennifer S has returned to the Charleston store from Barboursville.  She has always been my personal shopper at Ashley and today proved to be the same.  She helped me get exactly what I came for plus a few other items.  She is amazing to work with!  Ask for her if you want someone who will help you and not push everything on you.  Great shopping experience!!!
