This location is great - let me clarify the 2 stars. Went in on Black Friday for a great deal on an item that was on sale. Only floor model left and some damage, so the sales rep placed an additional percentage off so we took it. At register whole discount wasn't applied so went to customer service. After explaining situation to rep there was a problem with percentage off so we spoke to manager Lisa. That's 3 people we dealt with and now the manager Lisa. After some heightened exchanges of words Lisa agreed to the additional discount. Her demeanor and attitude were unprofessional and not setting a very good example to the reps listening to this whole situation. It could have been handled better. Communication is key.

Good quality, clean store with a wide selection of products. Purchased Diamond kitchen cabinets at a great price several years ago. Designers provided an excellent layout.

Very poor handling of stove order. A month and still waiting. Different answers from different people and still no firm date of delivery. Should not have relied on Lowe's.

I purchased a washer and dryer from their company on 10/22 and had a scheduled delivery date for that Saturday. Lowe’s has a contract with XPO and they are the WORST company ever. My scheduled delivery date/time kept changing and the employees at XPO are very rude, unorganized and just all around unprofessional. Finally today multiple people came to assembly my appliances and left dents and broke the control panel. I called them to have it returned and I’m taking my money to Home Depot. I’ll tell all my family and friends to never shop here!!

Purchased a stove online, wanted it delivered and installed. The company cancelled two times. In didn't install the anti tip bracket. Waited for them come back and they cancelled again. Worst service I have ever had. Will not shopping at Loews ever again.
