Placed a balloon order for a birthday party about 2 weeks before the party. When I went to pick them up there were all sorts of problems. They were not setup the way I ordered, which took about 20 minutes just to order them all. Ended up being late for the party since this store is incompetent. It's the one thing any party store that sells balloons should be able to do, but don't expect much from this place. 

The people at the front desk all seem to care less about their jobs. No motivation, and can't even fulfill a basic balloon order, which is way overpriced by the way. The whole store is overpriced for the most part. 

It's a shame this pathetic excuse for a party store ran the best one around out of business. Myself and many others always swore by Party Land across the highway, small business run by people with a passion for their jobs, but this place ran them right into the ground.  I will drive an extra 15-20 minutes to go anywhere else than this place.

My pregnant step-daughter had a reveal party last week and we went to this store to get a large balloon and have it filled with the correct color of confetti. The ladies that were working that afternoon could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way to help us make this a fun occasion. Thanks!

I ordered balloons for my daughters 1 year old birthday party not only were the balloons not inflated fully but I was given a defective balloon.  Once I got home the balloon was already half deflated! The arrangement I ordered was not properly placed like I told them I wanted it (which was the same way in the picture they had shown me)  and the balloon weight that matched the balloons the guy showed me I ended up ordering bc it was an exact match to the party decorations I purchased.  I did not get that balloon weight they gave me some other weight that didn't match at all.  I was extremely disappointed that 7 out of 9 things I purchased from this party city was a complete fail! ! Do not go to this party city they do a very crappy job and I paid double for this balloon arrangement from this party city than I would have at any other party city!  

Very expensive and very poor quality work! !
