We needed help with the washing machine/ dryer we wanted to buy.
Could not find any help. Finally connected with someone but we waited for almost 15 minutes!
Almost left for a competitor. Many others could not get the help they needed.I have always favored your store. Not anymore with the lack of help. I was in a lot of pain!

HORRIBLE. Just Horrible.  Understaffed, and the staff that are present are entirely clueless and totally apathetic.  Needed an emergency dishwasher.  After waiting/searching the entire store for 40 minutes- TRYING to find a single person that can sell me a dishwasher...   I finally find someone that informs me they stock NOTHING.  What an utter waste. .

slow checkout almost a half hour at register waiting on price check. item priced higher than display not able to make change. 
rerun purchases overcharging me for two expensive pieces of plywood when I only had one. I bought 6 pieces 1x6-12' cedar charged for 7. all of these mistakes were found as I reviewed the slip on my way home. ended up being overcharged  $40 TO $50.
TERRIBLE CASHIER AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. I will probably go back but not right away.  I will be using Home Depot down the street. 
Strongly recommend you check your receipt for accuracy before leaving the register.

This is a very nice Lowe's, however is also very busy! It could use a couple more employees it seemed. But the employees that are there, are very friendly and helpful!

I went to Lowe's to buy a Christmas tree. I didn't get any help. I had to find a employee to help me put the tree in my cart. The guy rate of body odor. In his defense it was Black Friday today and he probably worked really really hard. I paid for the tree and was told that somebody would help me get it into my car. I left the car by the registers and went out got my truck brought it up to the door or close to the door and nobody came to help so I finally was able to get it out of the car ran into the back of my truck. The price of the trade was 25% off so that made me very happy but the service was horrible.
