I am Kelly Jones with ProFloors & Cabinets in Naples, FL. My home was severely wrecked by the hurricane. My deck was ruined. I drew up some rough sketches of how I wanted to rebuild my deck and headed over to Home Depot. Carl came to my aid and together we came up with all the materials I needed to rebuild my deck. He is very knowledgeable and even stayed a little past his hours to help me. I was so impressed with him that I asked him if he wanted to work for me. You have a great employee there. He is the example of a model employee. A real KEEPER Carl is!!!! You are blessed to have him Home Depot.

Carlos in Outdoor Garden was the model example of excellent service! Helped me find and load lots of heavy stone and sand bags, and was helpful in many other ways. AND... The Outdoor Garden area was the cleanest and most organized of any Home Depot that I have ever seen! It was perfect, and Carlos was very proud of his area. Please thank Carlos again, on my behalf.

The worst customer service. No help for 2 hours trying to get someone to help me in English.  Home depot I'm a good customer please have people working that also speak my language..

I rented some equipment for a tree removal project. It is amazing that we can rent high quality equipment for such a low price. The 6 inch wood chipper is an awesome machine!

Very with it customer service Nila in the home appliances area.
She was great. She knew the products inside out. We had a pl peasant experience and left with a Samsung top load washer!
Excited for it in our new house.
