Steve and Steven in flooring are awesome helped us find the single piece of flooring transition they had in store and helped track the couple of more we needed in a different store.

Absolutely disappointed in Staunton Lowes. Like others expressed, could not find anyone in carpet and flooring and I had to find someone myself. The ones suppose to be working there was found and didn't have time to help and was very rude about it. We have made several trips to the flooring department and have experienced the same run around. I had to read my own flooring plans and help with the square foot of one particular room that we are needing carpet in. Ontop of all this we bought a whirlpool 4 door stainless steel refrigerator and it has broke twice and not even a year old. Then to get help with that was a nightmare. We still haven't received a check for the loss in food. Called and the email didn't get forwarded to the claims department. Needless to say we won't be dealing with lowes. Go to home Depot where there is friendly staff ready and eager to help you.
