Many thanks to Zan for his intervention, the service department for getting my new mower ready, and Eric for all of his hard work and delivering the replacement. This is why I deal with family owned businesses whenever possible.

Not to be trusted. I find it curious that one of the other two reviews had the same experience as my friend having his equipment switched out. Her lawn tractor was in great shape when they picked it up for a tuneup. They insisted the battery went bad on them so charged her for a new one. They didn't sharpen the blade, one fo the few things they SHOULD have done. But the seat and tires were not the ones that had been on the lawn tractor when they picked it up. Now she is trying to mow on a hill with bald tires. When she took a man with her to complain, they blew her off. She was attracted by the "free pickup and delivery" but paid dearly for it. These are skanky, skanky people. Stay far away!!!!!

I took my stihl 026 chainsaw to James River Equipment for repairs. I had this saw for years and took care of it. The 026 they gave me after more than a month was not the same saw, I finally found my serial number, it doesn't match. I will never do business with this place again. Carl E. Simmons
