Wondering why I cant give 0 stars? what if the service deserves 0, as is the case with this store. Dont expect your order to be delivered when they schedule it. Mine was suppoed to be 6/14/17, and when i called they said it wasnt scheduled until 6/15/17. i was not going to be home on 6/15 to receive this delivery. Christine rescheduled for Sunday 6/18 for delivery. I did not get a confirmation that it would be delivered, but my card was charged for the stove on 6/18. I called the store and Christine is now on vacation and my stove was not scheduled to be delived until 6/19 (when i would not be here). To top this off, the reason the product was going to be delivered was because i went to the store to pick it up and stood at the customer service desk fo 20 minutes and not one employee in the store even came by to see if i was being helped. They would see me and duck down one of the aisles before getting to the customer service desk.

Oneanta store is staffed with people who have no knowledge of what they are working with. Poorly stocked

While searching for GFCI Outlets in Lowe's Electrical aisle, we were approached by RANDY, who offered assistance. We told him what we were looking for and asked a question about properly replacing standard outlets. Randy was not only polite and accommodating, but his extensive knowledge, which he generously shared, impressed us tremendously. Lowe's is most fortunate to have Randy as an asset. We truly appreciate the service he provided.
