The employees are amazing! Staff isn’t great ! Especially David,Peggy, and Dakota! All 3 were amazing to me and I needed help and they all helped me! They were amazing! David was so nice and helped us find what we needed and Peggy and Dakota were great too! This store is a great store and is never really sold out of anything I need! 5 stars for this store!

Staff is always helpful. Internet orders are easy, and pick up is quick. If you need to, returns are hassle free.

On Monday, 7-10-17, at approx. 6:15p.m. I purchased some items for approx. 16.00 dollars. I couldn't get in and out like I wished to do. There was 1 register open with 10 customers deep. So I went to the 4 or 5 self check outs. None of them were functioning and no employee was around for ANY assistance. So, I walked to customer service and told them to get me out of here, and voiced my concern and experience. An older a lady that thinks people are non-intelligent said, "We are short one person." I said, come on 1 person short, doesn't stop everything, just get me out of here!

The girl in the paint department (Wish I would have got her name!) was amazing!! She tried many times to get the paint color right, she was so patient with me! She was so helpful & has such a great personality & customer service skills! She deserves a raise!

Every time I need to go to Lowe's for a purchase, I generally find the best prices, well supplied stock & very courteous employees. This visit was no different than my past experiences.
