Still have to track employees down; get the feeling that many of them don't really want to interact, but prices can be ok on some products; not so good on smaller quantities. Check the price matching!

I have been going here because it was closer than home Depot.Last few times in here was one issue after another. The key kiosk machine took my money and never gave me a key so I was bounced another 3 people at the store to get my money back and then they told me to go to the key making section for the person to make me one. That whole thing took 25 minutes for 1 key. And today I asked for help finding a full case of light bulbs. They said it was above a shelf behind a sign. They said they would help me. It was 2 men I asked next to each other. I waited 15 mins and I watched them help others. I walked out. I am done here.

This Lowe's is the best one around everyone has been helpful every time I've been there. Don't like talking to people? Down load the lowes app and it will pin point you to the right aisle and shelf! Love it!

I am a meat and etc. smoker with my barrel grill side firebox and Lowe's had exactly what I was looking for. Royal Oak charcoal briquettes! It wasn't exactly in the grill area but with help from customer service they tracked it down to another location. I was originally going to get the Kingsford but found the Royal Oak and they did my kingsford return and my Royal Oak purchase at the same time. Thank you Lowe's. From now on I'm passing Home Depot and driving bit further to Lowe's. I am now a loyal Lowe's shopper!
