the manager at this store is outstanding, I drove 1 hr. to get a tool here, instead of store 5 minutes from my house! because she was pleasant and didn't get upset when I asked if they had item in stock, then she lowered price to what it was the day before, because a sale had ended causing price to go up $10, which left me $3 dollars short! just a very pleasant experience, worth the extra drive!

Prices can be ok, but plan to throw away the tool if it breaks of needs parts. Customer Support is impossible to get. I tried five times in three days as all hours, waiting as long as 57 minutes. And they turn off the phones ("please call back during normal business hours) 20 minutes before posted closing time. The local store will simply send you to the 800 number again. If you want customer service and good prices, go to Lowes.

The china made stuff they sell here is getting better, but this is not snap on or DeWalt quality.  You get what you pay for.

Staff is very rude. They ran out of bags and apparently the cashier said something about it though I did not hear her. I asked for a bag and she stated " as I already told you once, we are out!" with a condescending attitude. Went back later in the day with a new cashier trying to return a sander and got nothing but an attitude from her as well. save yourself the agg many of the big box stores have the same or better prices when the item is on sale and are friendly and refrain from collecting so much information on you.
