My husband and I recently purchased 5 appliances from Lowe's in Palm Coast Fl. We have done business with Lowe's in New Hampshire with a complete kitchen and bath appliance purchase (6 appliances) with a wonderful experience and no problems. This store in Palm Coast was sadly not a good experience. We had a sales experience from Hell. The purchases were "open box" in 2 of the 5. We were told that nothing was wrong with the products and Lowe's would stand behind them. We were told that 3 large items would be delivered and hooked up with old appliances hauled away. This did not happen. We called the store and spoke to 5 different people as well as corporate customer care to file a complaint. Six people were involved..One manager called my husband a liar and did not believe that we had documents which stated what was supposed to happen. I drove to a Fax location to send a copy of the documents to them. We were asked to come back to the store to sign a paperwork to release Lowe's from all future claims before they will install the dishwasher. It is now 8 days later and I still do not have my dishwasher installed. The delivery people installed the washer and dryer a week ago. My old dishwasher is in the middle of my kitchen. If you are looking for a store that gives you what you came for DO NOT GO TO PALM COAST LOWE'S. There was so much of a sour taste in all areas of this store that I will NEVER buy appliances at this store or recommend it to ANYBODY.

The absolute worst, not even 1 star. Their online stock numbers seldom represent accurate store stock. Online ordering is a nightmare. I purchased Whirlpool refrigerators on 1/7/18. As of today 3/11/18 I have a severely damaged fridge and and a completely mismanaged process to replace it. Never again.

Huge parking lot with oversized spaces. The store is well stocked and the staff is overall knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the Veterans discount and the Veterans discount promotions they run....with each purchase, I am thanked for my service. Unlike the Home Depot, that gave me a bad time even after I showed my Florida Drivers license with my Veterans designation on it.....I'll go to those who show me respect.

Needed an new water heater because ours was leaking. Contacted another large improvement store but never heard back from them in over a week. Contacted this Lowe's and they got back to me in an hour. Did everything over phone and in two days they arrived to install it. The gentleman who did the install was outstanding. Will be using Lowe's for all my home needs from now on. Could not be happier with there service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sharon and Annette today regarding a refund. I did not have my receipt. For the life of me I do not understand why Lowe’s has such a hard time with finding receipts. So many great companies like Home Depot and Best Buy have more advanced systems. I had the credit card I used to purchase my item that I wanted to exchange. Lowe’s doesn’t allow you to exchange you have to return. They could not locate my purchase even after me swiping the card used to buy this item only days prior. I was told that I would be given a store credit since I did not have my receipt and they couldn’t find it in their system. They asked for my license but since I had “previously returned an item without a receipt at that store I was not allowed to even return for a store credit”. Hmm, ok. So I went home and found the receipt for this pack of light bulbs $6.00 (yeah all this over $6.00). Went back with some curtains that we had not hung up and returned those as well. Ya know customer service is everything. Had they been polite or actually tried to make me feel like they gave a damn then I wouldn’t be so upset. I have been to this store and had horrible service on multiple occasions. They lost a sale for a dishwasher at $800 less than a year ago because they couldn’t get anyone to pull it from the back. I am done with Lowe’s. It’s sad. There is an old saying “You make someone happy and they’ll tell one person. If you make someone upset they’ll tell ten people”. That was before social media... Hopefully the employees at this location get their act together before it’s too late otherwise they’ll be like all the other failed corps and complain when they are unemployed.
