I would give no stars if possible. Moved here and needed a washer and dryer and they had the best deal. Finally got my delivery 3 weeks after ordering. 1 they didn’t add the water cables or tell me I needed them for my washer and added another 25 dollar dryer cable. So now I have to go swap out cables and do the install and move the items in place. Sales and customer service was a joke at this location!!!! Only positive thing I could say is the delivery guys were professional.

Hit or miss depending on the day. Most of the staff is helpful and welcoming but sometimes you can't find anyone. Good overall selection of items and the store is kept clean.

VERY LIMITED STOCK! And good luck getting someone to help you. I pushed the assistant button and no one came for 20 mins. I had to call the store from my cell phone and tell them I was in that department looking for help. Someone actually came then, though they didn't have the basic parts to replace a hot water heater...like unions....and then they looked it up and no one had them in store for the entire state. I went to Home Depot down the road and they boxes of them....boxes....

USED my DEBIT CARD for vinyl flooring had a EXTRA box left over ,took it Back 7 days later AFTER floor JOB WAS FINISHED,LOWES did not want took give me a REFUND ON RETURN AS CASH.MNGR SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TO ISSUE A REFUND BACK TO MY BANK. I CALLED CORPORATE THEY confirmed I SHOULD HAVE GOT A CA$H REFUND. I HAVE NOW CALLED MY BANK AND CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS RAN AS A DEBIT ON MY BANKS END,AND ACCORDING TO LOWE'S POLICY CORPORATE I Should have got a CASH REFUND .CONSUMERS BEWARE!!
