Absolute joke! I called in to see about ordering a microwave online and using a military discount. The guy tells me if I come to the store they can do that and have it shipped to the store for free. I go to the store later that day and they won't give me a military discount and want to charge me $65 shipping!!! I talk to the manager and he says there is nothing he can do for me. I had a similar situation with a grill a few years ago. I will never set foot in this store again!

Was informed my online order was ready for pickup at 6:40pm the night before I picked it up. Went in the next day order was not ready. After waiting 20 minutes and realizing no one was getting it ready I went and picked the order myself. This ended taking over an hour of my day. This is not the first time this has happened. Oh by the way I saw at least 5 employees waiting around for something to do while I was waiting for them to fill my order.

Very disappointed. I go here often but recently one of the employees walked up to me and just asked me a few simple questions and asked me to sign verifying that he did ask me the questions. I had no clue at the time but home depot has passed my information off to a company calling themselves Pure H2O. This company is harassing me and from a quick google search, I am one of many. They call often, never leave a message and never answer when you call back. At one point I got sick of ignoring the call so I did talk to them and verified that I already had a better system than whatever they were trying to sell me. I thought it would stop the constant calls, and I didnt just say that to shut them up either. I truly believe my system is better. The calls havent even slowed down. Be careful if an employee at Home Depot wants to "ask you a couple questions"!
