I was able to walk in, find what I needed, and pay at the garden shop and leave in a timely fashion. The associate that checked me out was very friendy.

When it opened in my area, employees couldn't wait to help you. Now a few years in, employees either can't be found or send you on a goose chase. Second, I am very disappointed with their procedures on providing a 10% discount to military veterans. Last week I walked up to the register to check my items out, I identified myself as a veteran and provided my military retiree ID card to get my discount. The lady asked if I was enrolled in their website to entitle me to the discount. I replied, "No". Well as of 5 Jan 2018 if your not enrolled your not getting a discount was her response. Shocked at her attitude and her treatment to me as a customer, I paid for my items and walked out. I will never shop at any Lowes store.

Went in looking for a fridge and was greeted at the appliance area by Sandra. She has helped me and my family get several appliances from Lowe’s. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we get everything we need. A+++ service every time . Thank you Sandra at Hanford Lowes

Was fairly easy to find everything, but as far as employees looking for people trying to find things that didn't go so well.I actually had to go find somebody which was not very hard due to the fact that the store was slow. They didn't even direct me to the proper location for what I was looking for but mistakes happen, I'll continue to shop there. I just wish that the customer service was better.
