Purchased a stove & dryer from here. The lady that sold it to us told us that it would be delivered Monday. Mind you we purchased on Tuesday so we were already upset that it was going to take a whole week but we decided to purchase anyway deciding that a week shouldn't be that bad.Didn't receive nothing Monday so I called and come to find out it wasn't going to be delivered till the NEXT Monday. The lady didn't say that, I think she was just trying to make a sale. I receive another call saying it's going to be delayed another few days. We spent over 1,000 dollars for these appliances so we expected great service. This is terrible, I'm livid because my family and I haven't been able to cook anything for the last three weeks.

Store is clean, but staff can be sparse. This is one of the smaller Sears stores. You should be able to find what you are looking for, but don't expect a wide selection of anything.
Online pickup area is on the side of the store with designated parking spots. You will rarely wait more than a few minutes to have your items brought out to you or to your car. They are very efficient.
