Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator June 2017. Ice maker quit working right December 2017. A&E set date for repair of 1/19/18. Called & cancelled until 2/6/18. Lowe's changed out ice maker. 2/18 ice maker quits again. Lowe's says coming with replacement 3/2/18. No show after hiring someone to be here to help as Lowe's will not move food from old refrigerator to replacement. Seems like nobody knows what is going on as about 5 different people have called with different stories.

Lowe's is my favorite hardware store. I stopped shopping at Home Depot about 2 years ago. I had cancer and went to Home Depot for special screws. No one would help me. I left and went across the street to Lowe's. I stopped at the customer service desk and she had an employee bring a selection of boxes up for me to choose from. Since I could barely walk, it was greatly appreciated. I have shopped at Lowe's ever since. I am 62 and the older I get---the more customer service matters.

So far they've changed to being more helpful, that's a good thing, and will go back.

Not good Lowe's employees are a far cry from being professional! Very unorganized, instead helping people they stay in groups talk/text and seldom ask anyone if they need help! I'm very experienced with home, building supplies in all departments being a handyman! Once in a while I'll break in and ask an associate if they could help me find something being clueless they call another associate on phone, now I have two that have no product knowledge or application in products! I get what I need and shake my head in unbelief!! I've seen where other customers are mad and arguing with employees, and leave mad discussed frame of mind! I liked to say something good but I can't! Home Depot across the street usually gets my business! Thanks Dave Sterling

Justin in the Appliance department is very knowledgeable and honest. My wife and myself were with him for over an hour and he was very patient with us on deciding what would be best for us in our new home. He went above and beyond to check discounted pricing and showed us how each appliance operated in detail and how each compared against the competition. He did not push us to buy something we didn't want and stuck with the information we gave him. He checked stock levels and delivery dates. The best and most informative Lowes associate I have ever dealt with. Jake and Josh delivered our appliances the next day. They called me a couple hours before hand and arrived on time. They were quick and efficient and took great care in my home. They were very pleasant to deal with and very informative on their product knowledge. They answered all the questions I had and left with big smiles all round. A+ Thank you again for your hard work Justin, Jake and Josh!!
