I think many of the employees are on heroin. I've never seen so many employees care so little about customers. They are moving unbelievable slow and that's extremely rude considering there are maybe 6 customers in the entire store. Once I return my item (after waiting 8 minutes I left without getting help) I'm never coming back. This happened last time I was here, seems to be the norm. Luckily Lowe's is right across the street.

Was ask three different times by employees if we could be helped. Also heard "good morning" by other employees. Was helped immediately at helping solve a water problem. Yeap, we'll be shopping here often!

Went to Home Depot to purchase a new washer and dryer with my wife and mother in law after researchig the models on line and seeing that the website showed these models in stock at the Roseburg store. We found the washer but not the dryer on the floor. So after waiting for several minutes for some assistance we were approached by an older bald employee that smelled like an ash tray. I didn't see his name. I asked about the dryer and was told that they didn't have one. I asked why the website said they did and he asked me if I believe everything I see on their website. He then started asking where my mother in law lived and trying his best to hit on her. My mother in law has Dementia and was lost by the whole situation. After walking out and getting them to the truck my wife stopped me from going back in and straightening this guy out. We went to Lowe's and purchased the washer and dryer. I have had other customer service issues at this Home Depot store in the past and it appears at this point to be a management issue. Keep in mind, you can get a military discount at Lowe's also.

Two different people help us, but not very helpful. My grand daughter worked her smart phone and we found what we needed.....

Needed a bunch of building materials and some garden supplies and employee Jacob stepped right up. He helped me fill 2 big carts with Lumber, concrete, shrubs, cement blocks, ect. After check out he helped load the truck. The store also price matched Lowes on some fence boards, so I didn't have to drive around for best deals. Thanks HOME DEPOT.
