I tried to call the lumber department to see if they had something in stock. They put me on hold over and over again. I was on hold for 11 minutes.  I tried back later and someone hung up on me.  Hey Lowe’s, I want to spend money with you!

I believe that Lowes need to be visited by their own people.  When you are looking for help its not as easy.  Yesterday i went to buy a washer and a refrigerator.  I asked several times for someone to help me to no avail,  i left; no help. As i was in the parking lot, i saw the person that helps in the appliance department.  I asked him if he was going back in and he said he was. He had taken his lunch time for 30 minutes.  The sad part they didn't have anyone to attend that department  during that time. I was ready to go to Homedepot.
As a business, with this kind of service you won't do that well.  The only  reason i gave Lowe's a second chance because this person who attended me is good at helping people.

I had to make multiple trips but they finally have my appliances ordered and scheduled for delivery. The first one I ordered didn't show up on the shipment. So I chose to refund that one and went to a closer Lowe's, which had a better sale price than the first Lowe's. So, all said and done, I said some money and the appliances should be here in good time.

I had the most irritating experience. Usually I can’t say anything bad about Lowe’s. But I ordered a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas, a big black tool box for the back of his truck. I ordered it brand new online and received an email the next day that it was ready for store pick up. Had my father in law get it for me since he has a truck to fit it in. When he arrived to pick it up they came out with not a brand new tool box, but one that wasn’t wrapped or in a box, old, dusty, and dented on the back. One that had been there display. They claimed they wouldn’t be able to find the specific one I ordered but after demanding they find it and get mine that’s brand new that I ordered online, they “found it”. Extremely not happy

I believe I paid to much for the remodel I recently had done.
I went in to store in Nov 2017.  I wanted to renovate two bathrooms.    I needed a shower in one and new tub in other. Nothing fancy.  I am elderly and could no longer get into tub.  Work began in mid December.  Didn't end until mid January. The entire job was a nightmare!  I was not sold what I had asked for.  The sales people  lack knowledge on Lowe's products.  My bathroom use was reduced to one toilet for two weeks of the work.  Receipts we're not given and the ones that were, we're not readable.  The paperwork trail as the job evolved was not sent to customer.  Different amounts showed up later on visa bill.  A notebook on the job was given to me at the beginning.  This notebook was not well organized.  The costs were listed with inventory numbers and company codes.  As a customer this is hard to read and know what is being bought or how much the items cost.  I had to keep track of job and catch items that were delivered in error.  The contractor kept irregular hours.  I never knew when he would be here or leave.  In short, I am not happy with the way Lowe's handled my remodel.  I would not recommend Lowe's.  The problems are too many .   I paid $15,000 for my bathrooms by the time they were done.
