Going to the store is hit or miss! Today I stopped in to get some keys made, but other days I might need other hardware and they do not have it. However the key experience was very positive, and the person at the front desk was very courteous. I would hope that True Value will do more marketing considering Ace Hardware had just moved locations, and I hope for True Values success in business.

This store is the best. Helpful people. Great selection and prices. Much better than Home Depot or Lowes. This is what a store should be.

Different than Home Depot or Lowes, they are a real lumber yard and hardware store. They have the best selection of trim, wood mouldings, and dry wall corners. Check out their enlarged floor covering department.
