Ordered some custom blinds. Never heard from them except weeks later I got call asking how I liked my order. Why? I never received a call about my order like other people complain about on these reviews. I called the store to find out what happened. Store unable, after holding on the phone for a long time, to connect with me with anyone in the window department. My business with Lowes? Over. Going up to the store to get my money back. Look at all the low rated reviews for customer service for this store. Bad store. Poor management. Avoid!

Got there a little after 9pm. During my 20 mins there I had 3 different staff members ask if I needed help! Guess they were trying to get people out so they could close on time, but I think I will try to shop there more often near closing time. Usually I have to search for a while before I can find help! Kudos to the nivht shift!!!

Vast array of products& helpful staff. I'm like a kid in a candy store! The only drawback is that I can spend hours here!

Customer service is pretty aweful. I waited a half hour to find out they don't have the grill I wanted in the box. Then I tried to use a military discount but you have to register at customer service. Look, I'm grateful for the discount but I'm waiting in line again. I just show them my ID at home Depot.
