Home depot is always helpful when we are working on a weekend project. We always come back to the same location. Hot dogs out front of the store can be good as anywhere.

This store is very close to my house, but unfortunately, I am almost done attempting to shop here. The service is horrible at this location. The employees cannot be bothered to help you find products or retrieve them from top stock because they are busy socializing. It took 30 minutes today to get a toilet down from the top. A few days ago I went in and spent 25 minutes trying to get an employee to find a drawer knob that they supposedly had 24 of in stock. The employee never found that stock. He really never looked for it. He kept putting me off, I think hoping I would leave, but I kept waiting for him to do his job. I eventually ended up with the display knob since I only needed one more to finish off my project. The only good employee is Barry in the plumbing department. He seems to be the only one interested in actually working while he's at work. He is very helpful and accessible. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to address these issues quickly.

Went to the home depot today. Bought 30 sheetrock. Told the cashier if someone could help me waited 30 minutes. He kept calling and no one came. There was an employee on the side watching us and did not offer to help. Neither unload to truck. So, not good costumer service. Costumers helped out more than the staff. What a joke!

Unpleasant experience. I just left the store sad and dissapointed about my recent purchase. In an attempt to use one of their in store coupon. My whole complain is not necesarily because they did not validate a coupon that just expired 3 days ago. The way the staffed treated me was not acceptable. Everytime is visit this location is never properly staffed. There is no one to ask questions. In exeption of the painting department. This has never bothered me because it is normal now a days. People buy online and sadly this is seen everywhere across the us. There is no people, i frequent this location because it is close. Todays experience was an eye openning one. I just realized why people preffers to shop online. The shopping experience should not be an unpleasant experience where employees question the customer. That is why companies online strive to have good customer service to retain customers.

The home Depot employees are very nice and helpful. But the Solar City employees were NOT helpful, rude and unprofessional and unhelpful.
