Quick and friendly customer service! Even the gentleman helping us lead our washer (Dan) was extremely nice and friendly! Much better than other Lowes or Home Depot stores I have visited locally! GREAT JOB!

Hands down the worst customer service and delivery employees I have ever had to deal with. Extremely rude, not organized, and tried to place the delivery issue on me. I was not comfortable having a delivery man inside my house at 10pm at night installing my dryer. The fact this store and corporation allows that is beyond me. I waited the entire day 8am-6pm to get my dryer, when it did not show up during those hours I called. Lowes then told me it would be between 7-9. I waited until 9 and still no one showed up. They tried to place the blame on me since I didn't want them coming past 9pm. I will never shop here again. DO NOT GO TO LOWES IN HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KY. You will regret it. Oh, and I still haven't gotten my dryer.

First you have to tie your military discount to a MyLowes card so they can sell your data. Next if you have someone return something, say your wife, you can't use the gift card without them there. Couple that with no workers, no stock, long lines.... And on and on. I think this will be my last Lowes trip.
