The delivery service is a nightmare!! Purchased a dryer on Saturday which was to be delivered Monday. It wasn’t delivered Monday and was then to be delivered Tuesday, but they would not commit to first delivery. Tuesday morning I get a call at 6:45 am telling me it won’t fit on the truck!!!! When I told him we couldn’t be here Wednesday he could not give me any different answer. My husband spoke with the manager which was very apathetic about the situation! We have spent a lot of money at Lowe’s over the years and especially this year, we built a house and went to Lowe’s many many times! This will be the last!

Worst Lowes you'll ever be in. Outside of Jim in hardware, the staff doesn't care at all. If you're looking for good service, quality answers to questions and general assistance.... avoid this store at all costs!

Staff here really do go out of their way to help you out. They are super friendly and take an interest in you and your projects. They also do a great deal of community involvement and have a great kids program to teach them skills about tools. They have most home improvement items you'll ever need.

today i went to home depot to rent a truck. so we could take back are unused siding to lowes cause you cant rent a truck at lowes... no big deal about that. yes i know the receipt was over 90 days old but i was there a month prior and this lowes on clinton hwy was aware and said it was fine and i could still bring the sidding back. So tried it today, and get there this girl asks for receipt and she looks at says nothing to me and goes to another girl and they whisper back and forth and they both walk over and say it can not be done due to policy of 90 days and mention situation as mentioned above and she says well i called the manager and the manager said no it can not be done when i watched them and no phone was picked up, so no call was made. so left there called another lowes and talked to a manager and was told to bring it to them and they will take it as long it was in good conditon, which it was because it was still in a box. Never going to clinton hwy location ever again. Do not tell someone one thing and then do the exact oppoisite.
