This was the best service I have ever experienced at any Home Depot! Was shopping for modular shelves when a customer service rep named Dennis Brown asked if I needed help finding anything. I thanked him but told him I had found what I needed but just had to go find a flat cart to put it on. Not only did Mr. Brown go and find the cart, he loaded the shelving, wheeled it up front to the check out, waited while I paid then loaded it into my car! Such a pleasant man and a great example of what customer service is all about. This single experience will result in me shopping this particular Home Depot once again!

I'm, for the majority of the time, very pleased with what I get from Home Depot. Workers are very helpful and since I go there often they recognize me. This is my place to go where I can spend a lot of time looking at new potential tools or projects, one of my happy places.

Honestly the worst experience every time I go. It's fine if I know exactly what I want and where it is otherwise i don't have an ounce of faith that any of them know what they're doing. And if hey do know then it just means they hate their job and don't care to be helpful.

Had what I needed. Not too bad prices. Will return. Its like the Home Depot in Vegas. All the same. 5/13/18 Went again and since it's been a while, I was reminded why I like them better than Lowes. Lowes is fine but HD always has what I need, not a close second.

I wanted to take advantage of the sale on mulch so visited the Oak Ridge store for it.    The cashier was pleasnt and helpful and so was the efficient garden loader.  After browsing the garden department I took my purchases up front, paid for the plants and was directed to the loading zone.  Altogether a very good experience.
