Very clean store and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I absolutely LOVE Benny ! He was so upbeat funny and a out right Sweet heart. He walked me all over the store and made sure that we found everything we came in for. I usually shop at Home Depot but I will now make Lowes my spot after this experience. Employee's like that make all the difference and I look forward to coming back to see my buddy. Thanks again Benny. i gave you that 7 by the way. 😉

Super friendly staff shout out to my boy Jimbo super helpful went above and beyond I would only buy lumber there everything else breaks with in a year but staff is super nice and helpful

I have had the misfortune of visiting this store about 5 times in 2 years. The staff is massively incompetent, the store is poorly stocked and everything is miss labeled. I have waited 45 minutes for staff to find the paint attendant who was on a smoke break allegedly. Yesterday I bought a multimeter that was the terrible Lowe's brand. I got home and the thing is broken. After spending 30 minutes with the terrible staff yesterday trying g to find it's price I'd rather throw it at the store next time I drive by on my way to Ace or home Depot. How many Lowe's attendants does it take to price a multimeter. Apparently 5. Note to mgmt: your staff is terrible and that I'd a direct reflection of you.

If you care about customer service, don't buy your dishwasher at this Lowe's. We purchased a dishwasher early-December. It was out of stock and we were told it would be in Dec. 20th or so. Never got a call until we followed up in January. Finally got the dishwasher installed over a month after the purchase. Something was wrong with the dishwasher drainage, we thought it was defective and had to get it replaced. The Lowe's manager (Brandon) found another model for us but never followed up with the installation. I had to call again and track someone down for the 2nd install. Now, it's the end of March for the 2nd dishwasher install. Then, we started to have the same problems with this 2nd new dishwasher. So, we naturally thought something must be wrong with our pipes. The appliance/plumber comes out to replace the discharge hose and fixed things. He also said that the discharge hose should have been replaced with the install. Whether that's true or not, one would think that during a 2nd dishwasher replacement that the installer would have had this insight and shared it with us in order to avert any secondary problems. Apparently the installers associated with this Lowe's do not have the expertise required and do not seem to have a policy in place to replace the parts associated with a dishwasher beyond the dishwasher itself. Now, it's been 5 months much of which we washed dishes by hand (not great during holidays, birthdays and with hungry kids) and we have paid almost as much for appliance repair and labor installation than the dishwasher itself.
