Ryan, in the Landale Lowe's, spent a lot of time with us and explained far more than he needed to, which we appreciate. He was patient and thorough and nice. Kudos! (He even went and got us a cart.) Great, great GREAT Customer Service, dude.

Everyone was really nice but there wasn't anyone at any station for flooring, paint; we had to wait a while for someone to come. The one woman Tammy was super helpful, and was a pleasure to work with.

Karen who works in customer service is incredible! She remembered us from last week and did everything to satisfy us. As a note, Lowe's NEEDS to have MORE PERSONNEL in Customer Service.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience with Lowe’s! I ordered storm doors almost a month ago and Lowes gave us the wrong parts for the doors. It is taking several weeks for the rest of the parts for the doors that we already paid for to come in. We bought the doors from a retail store in Montgomeryville Pennsylvania and I’ve spoken to the store manager who’s name is AJ several times about this. AJ has been extremely rude and unprofessional to us and told us that our $500 purchase is not worth Lowe’s expediting the parts faster. AJ threatened us if we called corporate and told us that corporate would do nothing for us except pass the message along back to him. Well he was right! We have talk to corporate several times and was promised by several supervisors that the regional manager will contact me to give us some type of compensation for the issues that we’ve been having. I have never ever received a call from any supervisor or regional manager from Lowe’s that was promised. Lowes has our money and we do not have doors and we do not have anyone from the Montgomeryville store apologizing to us or trying to solve our situation. I strongly recommend that no one ever buy products from Lowe’s if they are improving their home buying, a new homeowner, or selling their house because if there’s a problem corporate does not have your back and does not care about you. It’s more than obvious that the employees of Lowes have no idea how to do their job except on how to take your money. Do yourself a favor and shop at Home Depot Lowes is absolutely horrible!
