Our freezer Chest was broken and I called specifically telling them it was a freezer chest.  The guy that came out was very nice but explained we should have told them that on the phone since its not usually worth fixing.  Which we explained we did and nothing was said to us on the phone about it.  He looked at it for 5 minutes said it couldn't be fixed and given a $105 service charge.  I know there are service charges but when I specifically told you it was a freezer chest and you tell me nothing like its not worth fixing that is not good business.  On top of that we called to complain about the large service charge and situation.  The response was "we will tell you about the service charge if you ask"...which is bad business practice.  All said and done we paid the service charge and were given a 25 dollar voucher to their store, which means nothing because we will never buy from them again.

These guys are awful and rude.  I just finished my basement and bought 5 pieces of appliances from them.  I had a Kegerator that never worked properly and then stopped working all together by the second week.  We called and the lady who handled our call was rude and said they could not send anyone out for a week.  The owner Doug showed up annoyed and was condescending to my wife.  It turned out that the Kegerator was defective and a new one was order after me having to fight with them.  I then get a call stating that we need to come and bring the defective one to them and come to pick up the new one and install it ourselves.  I was floored by this and then they said that they do not make money delivering and installing since this was being replaced.  I give several referrals to my contractor and I instructed him that he is to never use these idiots for anyone that has anything to do with me ever.  These clowns are an example of a company that just does not care about the customer or anything else.  If you are reading this, please take my advice and move on to the next option.

first time going in i purchased a chest freezer everybody is so super friendly they go out of there way to help you and they dont pressure you to buy anything you dont want unlike those big timers
