Let me share with you the nightmare I lived doing business at this poor excuse of a franchise. We bought a refrigerator here and ever since we got it it's had nothing but issue after issue. It has been a pain getting anyone at Lowe's to help us. Want to know their response? "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry" and yet another mediocre attempt to fix the refrigerator. Simply put, AVOID BUYING ANYTHING HERE. I can guarantee you'll get better customer service at a swap meet than at this poor excuse of a Lowe's. We can't even get a simple refund for a CLEARLY damaged and non functioning refrigerator. Save yourself the pain and go to Costco instead. Lowe's, expect a lawsuit with the help of the Better Business Bureau.

I went out of my way, to visit the store. 9nly one person in the store could help me, only after he impressed me, moving his lift, a big box, across the aisle, and then putting that item, on the shelf. No wonder he makes minimum wage, the store lost those sales, that day, I didn't go to Lowe's, to watch a clown. Home Depot, had the time to help me. This is why, the internet, is replacing dinosaur businesses world wide. My time, is more valuable to me, than what shipping cost, plus I don't have to pay expensive store rent, if I owened, the company.

I love the selection and things are easy to find. It is always easy to find a sales associate that will offer plenty of assistance. I always have a great experience each time I shop.
