I am at this Lowe's a couple times a week. Great people work there one of my favorites is a lady by the name of Chance who works in the PVC/ sprinkler area. I am impressed with what she knows.

Great experience! My mom got her credit card and I decided to go with her. It was my first time and I got the best customer service from a young man named Erick, he helped me find what I needed but also offered to help in anything else I needed. Many of the employees were also great!

This store is ran terribly. Every department is dumbfounded on what their job is and nobody will ever call you back no matter how many times they tell you they will. Customer Service repeatedly drops the ball and the Appliance guys are extremely unprofessional. Don't even get me started on delivery, ordered some appliances back in December and they are still having issues fulfilling the order to this day! Worst experience and definitely taking my business to Home Depot from now on.

Good alternative to other big home improvement stores such as Home Depot. Not as dirty, cluttered and disorganized or having customers and employees walking around in a frenzy. Aisles are neatly organized and well stocked, clean and items are easily identifiable. Employees are approachable and friendly. I did not see any more than 2 customers waiting their turn to ask questions. If you have a home improvement project and have plenty of questions that needs to bo answered and have the time to spend, this is the place to go. Their garden department is also awesome. If for some reason a particular plant is not available please check with the specialist and they might be able to assist you with placing a special order to get the plant that is not available at the store.
