I called to ask if the store had blue orchids just now, and the employee in the garden department just hung up on me. Then I called The HOME DEPOT and the service was outstanding. What a huge difference. La Quinta Lowes, I am so disappointed.

I'm not happy that for months I have been trying to get my free SAW stand and every manager I speak to keeps wanting to look into it and get back to me but never gets back to me. Manager Oswaldo in La Quinta said he can take care of it and give me my free Stan if I can show him proof of purchase. I almost was on my way to look for my proof of purchase and who knows how many more months before I come back to show my proof a purchasing the saw for my free stand. My idea was look at my Lowe's and check for proof of purchase. Now the excuses that it's taking so long. I am not happy with Lowe's for this reason unhappy that I spent so many thousands upon thousands of dollars being a loyal customer to be out of a stand. That I so deserve from the day that I bought my saw. The lesson here is have them take care of it immediately because no manager will call you back until it's too late so then you just wasted your time thank you Giovanni bBush

We got amazing assistance in the garden center today. They had plants on sale so we scored. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Lets see a difference of $2.00 between a 92 1/4"2x6 and a 96" 2x6 ($2.00 difference for 4" of wood). Store employees that send you on a wild goose chase on products they dont carry. Nice place to go to loose money.
