This is my second visit to Lowe's shopping for carpet for our home. This is the second time we haven't been helped or has there been anyone in the area to assist us. At one point an employee sat at the computer station in the carpet area, so we asked if she worked here and she said, "yeah but I'm not clocked it," and went on about her day. Just a little frustrating when we just want help setting up an appointment to get our house measured

Charlie in the lumber Dept. could not of been any more helpful. He is great at his job. Answered all my dumb questions and drew up a plan for what I needed.

Buyers beware. They use a contractor Brasington Plumbing Heating for installations that scammed my my elderly Aunt (90 years old) into other plumbing work. She spent money she doesn't have through some trickery and financing scams. Find your own trustworthy contractors.

My husband purchased a hot water heater today. Noticed box had a crease in it. No big deal. Tried to find employee to help him get it on cart...No one. Muscled it down himself. Paid for it, was asked if wanted help loading into truck, he said yes. 15 minutes later, no employee, but a nice customer helped him load it. Got home, muscled it under house, uncrated, to find big dent in unit. Customer service at this Lowe's sucks big time. p.s.now he gets to haul it out, and return to this Lowe's. UPDATE....Took dented unit back to Lowe's...Some employee was to get down from storage another unit, said he'd let my hubs know. 20 minutes later, hubs saw employee doing something else, asked about unit, employee said oh it was up at checkout....SUCH NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT. I hope we NEVER do business with this Lowe's.

Employees more interested in talking to other employees than helping customers. Selection of flooring items limited.
