Tool store. You find a mix of brands and types of tools. The staff is helpful. If you are friendly, and ask, be nice and get treated nice. Concrete floors like a warehouse, not a dainty coffee and biscuit shop.  Nice variety of items, including work style clothing. Can use the catalog or online to find items not on the floor and have it delivered to your home or the store for pick up. Hours are great.

Very helpful staff. Never pushy but always helpful.  Ask any staff member for help, tell them what you want and they are on it chasing down the product or information as appropriate.
I highly recommend this business and location.

Just went in to ask about a pressure washer hose .But no customer service no one asked if I needed help no one even acknowledged that we were in the store we stood around trying to find someone to assist us but no one was available the guy at the register just stood there and looked at us .As for me and my husband we will never shop there again I won't recommend it to no one I know

I have taken my pressure washer to their service 3 times.
Each time they "found" something else wrong. This is all within a week. It still does not work 200.00 later. The service guy even broke the cord trying to start it went I brought it back the second time then made me pay to to "dislodge" something?? Maybe it dislodged because you were trying so hard to start something that you had been paid to have start!!!!
Terrible service and still no running pressure washer.

Not helpful at all. Have had a tool back for repair more times then I have been able to use it. The bills keep coming but the machine keeps breaking. I will not shop and Northern Tool anymore.
